Responsible for overseeing the vision, development, and health of the church’s small group ministry. This role exists to create a culture of authentic community and spiritual growth by equipping leaders, supporting group members, and fostering environments where people can connect, grow, and serve together.

Leads and supports ministries that nurture the spiritual growth, discipleship, and community of women and children in the church. This role focuses on creating welcoming, Christ-centered environments where women can thrive in faith and children grow in their love for Jesus through age-appropriate learning, worship, and relationships.

Provides critical support to Project Managers and Coordinators in the planning, executing, and analyzing market research studies. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, data management, recruitment communication, and technical coding, helping to ensure smooth project workflows and accurate research outcomes.

Provides high-level administrative and personal support to executive leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations across business and personal matters. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills and involves acting as a trusted liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients while handling sensitive information with discretion.
