Job overview

  • As an office assistant I am in charge of entering invoices into QuickBooks. Sending out paid invoices to customers and paid invoices receipt to new customers. I would enter the companies bills and enter payments of those bills so once reconciliation had to be done everything was there and on correct date. I also check technicians commission sheets and make sure all materials are accounted for and make sure the technicians are getting paid correctly as well. Once I prepare payroll I leave it for manager to send to accounting. I put away any and all refunds and invoices and payments away in filing cabinet and keep organized. As a dispatch assistant I answer a call coming in and schedule and coordinate with technician and customer whether it is the owner, real estate agents, buyer and /or tenant. I make sure to confirm time and date to make sure everything runs smoothly that way more jobs come in we can do as many jobs as possible since we are the only company that is known and gives to go out same day. Normally everyone has a waitlist. I make sure to collect payment from any new customer to ensure payment is received.
