- Perform various medical esthetic procedures using advanced technologies such as Cartessa EVO Light, Erbium Laser Skin Resurfacing, Clear and Brilliant, OPUS, Emsculpt, Emtone, Emsella, Emface, Exilis, Morpheus8, Virtue RF, Microneedling, Fire & Ice Facial, Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, and PRX WiQo Biostimulator

- Accurately document all medical services in the Nextech EMR system

- Provide exceptional patient care and contribute to practice growth

- Conduct initial consultations and develop customized treatment plans by combining products and procedures for optimal results

- Stay informed about the latest advancements in skincare technologies

- Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements set by the Board.

The Medical Spa operated by Board Certified Dermatologist Dr. Jason Emer, MD

Responsibilities:

- Working as a Medical Esthetician under the supervision of Dr. Emer, performing a variety of facial treatments including Post-op Facials, Diamond Glow Facials, Oxygen Facials, Stem Cell Facials, Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, Cosmelan Peel, Salt Facial, and Aqua Gold

- Providing exceptional customer service and achieving monthly sales targets

-Input patient demographics, medical history, medications, and other pertinent information into the Emma EMR system

- Conducting initial consultations and delivering services to customize treatment plans for patients, combining products with procedures to optimize outcomes

- Demonstrating capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Medical Spa at Kao Institute under the medical supervision of Dr. Chai Chi Kao, MD.

Responsibilities:

- Performing a variety of medical esthetic procedures in a luxury spa setting, including Microneedling, Facials, Lymphatic Drainage, Chemical Peels, Skin Tightening, Coolsculpting, and others

- Providing personalized skincare advice and treatments to clients

- Delivering exceptional customer service in line with Forbes Hospitality standards

- Ensuring all treatments adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms

- Reporting equipment issues promptly and accurately

- Fostering a positive team environment and participating in training sessions

- Supporting other spa areas, such as reception, as required

Responsibilities:
- Perform various medical esthetic procedures using advanced technologies such as Cutera ExcelV, Fraxel DUAL Laser, Venus Viva, Venus RF Skin Tightening, IPL, Emsculpt, Coolsculpt, Ultherapy, Microneedling, VI Peel, Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Superficial Chemical Peels and Laser Hair Removal

- Achieving high sales numbers, generating over $30k in revenue monthly

- Providing training to staff on aesthetic services

- Managing 30-40 patients weekly

- Conducting consultations to create treatment plans for clients

- Retaining and attracting clientele through exceptional service and social media presence- Front desk duties including scheduling, phone calls, and inventory management

- Multi-tasking efficiently and effectively

- Developing marketing strategies to increase revenue

- Collaborating with vendors to maintain inventory

- Organizing customer focused events to drive sales

- Engaging in ongoing education to stay updated on industry trends

- Maintaining spa equipment for optimal functionality

- Managing social media accounts for both Chic La Vie Med Spa and Smith Plastic Surgery
