As an MLL Specialist, I serve as a systemic advocate and clinical practitioner dedicated to bridging the gap between language acquisition and academic achievement for multilingual scholars. I empower educators to move beyond basic compliance by mastering diagnostic tools, asset-based scaffolding, and data-driven instructional cycles grounded in the WIDA ELD Standards Framework. By creating learning initiatives grounded in the RI MLL Family and Student Bill of Rights and leading collaborative MTSS structures, I ensure that language learners have equitable access to rigorous, grade-level content within a culturally sustaining environment.
