• As a Pace Dairy Foods employee. I was a machine operate. I had with pace almost 6 years. I excelled Crossed the board with them learn almost every line. I was a cutter, a packer, a Weber tech, and an operator. In the last 2 years they started a new program that allowed you to earn new pay level. When I had made the decision to leave I went from a tech 1level to a tech 3 level with in the first yr in a half. I made the decision to leave after 6years so I could find a job that allowed me to be home more with my family and also the opportunity to be on days and get away from the rotation night schedule.
