Dispatch proper authorities for alarm calls for residential and commercial customers. Dispatched emergency calls for four volunteer fire departments.
Assistant to key accounts sales rep. to order and schedule equipment.
Order parts, process purchase orders and work orders for service manager. Admin duties for store manager, district manager and occasionally regional manager.
Assistant to the District Manager for 12 store locations. Process new hire paperwork, maintain employee files, schedule and attend management meetings, assist DM with day to day duties and keep things in order.
Inside sales for rental equipment. Take customer orders and enter in rental system.
