Currently watching 2 of my grandnieces on Mondays so that their mother can work full time. They are aged 5 and almost 3. We play games and hangout through out the day
I started out as a cashier then moved to supervising for about 5 months. Then I moved to customer service. Where I answered the phone, returned items, made keys, did Western Unions, sold money orders, and helped customer with what ever they may need. In April of 2000 I moved to the cash office I was there until I left on April 15, 2003. My job was to process all of the cashiers and departments currency for the previous days work. We put all this figures into the computer and balanced there drawers. I sent out all the cash and checks in a deposit daily. I also balanced the stores sales for the previous day and ordered currency for the next days work. When I balanced the store sells we put the figures on a form added them up, when the figures are even or close we had to type all the figures unto the computer. I had to talk on the phone with the bank about problems and companies that have out standing 30 charge accounts and set up payments from them. I had to file paper work and keep the office organized. Once a month I had to do end of the month that included adding up figures for tax excepts, food stamps, and WIC vouchers
I only work here for a short period of time. I worked as a temp, which means when different departments need a little more help for a short period of time they called us. I worked in about 10 different departments where I organized papers or files, made booklets, and mailed out packets.
Checked people out and supervised other cashier and baggers through out the day.
