  • Ongoing support work has included the work with the Enterics team. I first began catching up past geocoding issues with cases in Orpheus for updating CDC's records.
  • Continue Quality control of current geocoding cases that are updated for CDC, recently worked through a CDC geocoding report on particular cases for the CTNO and missing data.
  • Worked with the Laboratory data information, updating Orpheus with results
  • Quality control of HL7s for FoodNet (CDC) entry and Case creation.
  • Assisted with monthly data transmission to CDC with Quality control and finalizing the case data

Worked on the team know as the ARIAS and Opera Support User Group for the CRRU Surveillance Unit. Reviewed electron Case records for COVID cases to add to the Opera. Wrote documents outlining the case merge procedures for the team to follow, upon merge requests received. Accessed and utilized Microsoft management for granting access to users, Citrix director for operation and resets, Opera/Orpheus utility to activate new users, and RSA security console for use in supporting the Opera users accounts for management of access. Familiarized with using Smartsheets as a documentation storage. Experienced using Teams for meetings, communication and documentation. Updated procedures nearing the final stages of the response work for the support team. Worked on a team to transition written procedures to the ACDP I drive for future reference.
