• Ongoing support work has included the work with the Enterics team. I first began catching up past geocoding issues with cases in Orpheus for updating CDC's records.
• Continue Quality control of current geocoding cases that are updated for CDC, recently worked through a CDC geocoding report on particular cases for the CTNO and missing data.
• Worked with the Laboratory data information, updating Orpheus with results
• Quality control of HL7s for FoodNet (CDC) entry and Case creation.
• Assisted with monthly data transmission to CDC with Quality control and finalizing the case data
• Worked with Legacy audits and Quality control
• Runnning Preliminary Results, updating the Laboratory data, communicating with LPHA, and updating the Enteric database
• Running Final Reports and updating the final Laboratory data, review of all CDC deliverables and finalizing for completeness.

Currently work with the Acute and Communicable Disease Program to merge the body of work from the CRRU to ACDP for ongoing surveillance. Worked on the team know as the ARIAS and Opera Support User Group for the CRRU Surveillance Unit. Reviewed electron Case records for COVID cases to add to the Opera. Wrote documents outlining the case merge procedures for the team to follow, upon merge requests received. Accessed and utilized Microsoft management for granting access to users, Citrix director for operation and resets, Opera/Orpheus utility to activate new users, and RSA security console for use in supporting the Opera users accounts for management of access. Familiarized with using Smartsheets as a documentation storage. Experienced using Teams for meetings, communication and documentation. Updated procedures nearing the final stages of the response work for the support team. Worked on a team to transition written procedures to the ACDP I drive for future reference.

Utilized the Opera database system to create a network of information to safeguard the community. Learned to thoroughly operate the tools on the user end of Opera for use in epidemiology. Data was collected in an interview with COVID cases by thoroughly observing the conversation for certain information.

Utilizing ARIAS platform for Contact Tracing and following applicable HIPPLA laws. Monitoring patients exposure and symptoms for defined quarantine periods; while concurrently being trained with Case Investigation to further my experience with the Recover Unit.

Performed biomedical testing to detect genetic and metabolic errors in body chemistry of newborn babies, including: PKU, Sickle Cell Disease, Congenital Hypothyroidism, Biotinidase Deficiency, Galactosemia, Maple Syrup Urine Disease, Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, Urea Cycle Defects, Fatty Acid Oxidation Disorders, Organic Acidemias, Cystic Fibrosis, Severe Combined Immunodeficiency, and Lysosomal Storage Disorders.

Utilized Crystal Reports, Specimen Gate, Citrix to manage data collected from the testing equipment and interpret the results to be sent to the physician's office.

Troubleshooting equipment and computer issues by gaining knowledge of the specific software and data storage protocols, and mechanical maintenance.

Performed Manual and Automated testing of blood specimen using cGMP and OSHA standards. Documented and maintained record of reagents and equipment used during microplate antibody testing. Trained on two different computer networks and procedure requirements within two months of training. Performed ELISA and blood typing through Olympus processing. Followed and performed daily and weekly maintenance on testing equipment used for both testing benches. Applied knowledge of microbiology, chemistry and hematology daily.
