I’ve been working at a bakery since I was 14, and each year that I continue I love it even more. I’m now done with high school and am taking a gap year to earn and save money to go to a Bible school. The Roastery has always been a safe and motivating environment for me. I use to be there 6 hours at a time trying to finish school work, and each time I was there I always thought about working there. Now that in my life I’ve found time for it, why not?
