- I started off as a furnace operator, then I transitioned to shipping and receiving. Then, I moved to the lead of the racking department. Next, I became a lab inspector. As a furnace operator, I managed the furnace temperature. I made pieces for customers as specially ordered. In the shipping and receiving department, I packed orders and moved and organized them in the warehouse. I also loaded trucks with pallets of production. While in the racking department, I delivered the product and the pieces to their designated spots. So the workers could organize them and have them complete. As a lab inspector, I check the parts once they come out of the machine. I make sure they have no errors or faults.
