Due to balancing multiple internships, jobs, my involvement in school, and taking classes as a full-time student I have learned how to manage my time well.
Currently work part-time as a waitress at Eggs Up Grill currently. This entails the responsibilities of opening and closing duties, taking payments, running food, and placing orders.
Currently work volunteer position where I serve as an event coordinator. T plan holiday parties, volunteer celebrations, conferences, and other events.
This past summer I completed a 400 hour paid internship at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Kiawah Island, S.C. I worked full time as a server working at a pool side restaurant. Here I learned restaurant management skills but also learned how to collaborate with a team and enhance my customer service skills. In addition, I got to work weddings and events with the event coordinating team where I enhanced my planning skills along with learning how to better communicate and execute plans.

I interned at a new event center in Pendleton, S.C. I learned how to enhance my planning and communication skills and was able to use my creative eye to give input on suggestions for the venue. I also was given the opportunity to look at other venues and learn what distinguish's venues from each other. I learned how to plan and put on my own event, communicate with others including vendors and caters, execute plans thoroughly, and build experience and confidence within this field of work.
