• Earned 2nd place in Region 5 during senior year of high school
• Created and presented a four-week nutrition project exploring the real-life impact of a Whole-Foods, Plant-Based, Low-Fat diet
• Tracked changes in a participant’s blood work before and after the project, noticing improvements in LDL cholesterol, vitamin levels, and hormonal balance
• Gained hands-on experience applying nutrition science and communicating findings in a clear, engaging way
