- Developed QR code to audit 90 Beltloaders that had frozen handrails. Gave the list to GSE and accompanied MX during each repair until complete
- Held Calibration sessions with Ramp Supervisors; created a test (QR) that each supervisor answered individually and then we clarified each answer as a group; I was able to highlight common misunderstanding in policies without pin pointing any one person's lack of knowledge
- During audits on the ramp, I was able to document GPU bracket holders that were damaged and send to Facility MX so they could repair
- Handed out 100 bracelets that I designed called the Heartbeat message where I told the story of how I lost 3 close friends and coworkers due to propeller accidents on three separate accidents to spread the message about why policies are written
