Reginald Lowery

• Use Attendance and GPA data from the previous school year and current grading period to identify students who are "at risk".
• Work with Identified group of students and their families to help bridge any gaps in their education that could be leading to low grades or attendance.
• Arrange rides to school, provide access to laundry, provide breakfast & lunch or healthy snacks daily. Create small goals of achievement or attendance and plans as to how each student will attack those goals.
• Plan & chaperone trips for college visits and also incentives for reaching or maintaining grades & attendance goals.

• 2016-2021 Head Coach Shaker Heights Middle School

- Trained athletes all year, picking up where the varsity coach could not during the off season.

-Helped athletes transition into greco during spring.

-Led weight lifting program for varsity wrestling team.

• 2019-2023 Beat The Streets Cleveland (Head Youth/MS coach '20-'22, Head Greco Coach '21-'23)

-Helped coordinate athletes getting USA Wrestling cards and registration for tournaments.

-Head Coach as the organization emerged from covid shutdown, navigating covid protocols.

-In 3 seasons we qualified 53 athletes to the Fargo National Tourament.

-2024 & 2025 Lake Erie League Coach Of The Year

-2025 First Men's OHSAA State Tournament Qualifier since 2011, First Women's State Qualifier.

- 16 Athletes qualified for Fargo National Tournament, 2 athletes selected for Ohio National Duals teams.

• 2021-Current Ohio National Team Coach (Women's Freestyle, Women's Greco, Men's Freestyle & Men's Greco)

-14u Women's National Dual Co-Head Coach 2023-Current.

-Women's National Dual Greco Lead- Junior ('24 6th, '25 3rd), 16U ('24 2nd, '25 5th) & 14U ('23 5th, '24 8th, '25 5th).

• 2022-Current Ohio Greco Boys & Girls. Grow Greco Initiative and Club. (Founder)

- 8 Fargo All-Americans

-2 Fargo National Champions (1 Men's Greco, 1 Women's Freestyle).

• Worked closely with the classroom teacher and the intervention specialist to guarantee IEP goals and accomodations were met for identified individual students.
• Document behavior and environmental factors and the effect on a specific (identified) student and their daily progress socially, emotionally and educationally.
• Acted as a buffer between students with identified behavioral needs and situations that may negatively trigger these students on a daily basis.
• Build rapport with students in order to best help students in times of need/crisis.

• 1,900 hours served volunteering in role.
• Conducted assessments to determine each individual's reading level.
• Used reading comprehension and Typing to improve reading and letter identification skills.
• Tracked learning progress to optimize tutoring methods and help students achieve grade level reading goals.
