My duties as a Senior Investigator was to investigate claims ranging from $10,000 to $300,000 +.I had to determine liability based on a companies individual contracts, National Motor Freight Commission, and our Rules Tariff. I work closely with the service centers, operation directors, security personnel, and regional vice presidents. As a senior claims investigator I also had to prepare executive summaries to be reviewed by senior management.

My duties as a Tier 2 investigator was to investigate claims ranging from $1,000 - $6,500 dollars. I had to investigate the claim and determine liability. I also had to prepare claims presentation for my manager to review for approval.

My duties as a Tier 1 investigator was to investigate claims ranging from $100 to $1,000 dollars. I had to determine liability using customer's contract and the company's 102 Rules Tariff. I also answered phone calls and emails from customer ands answer any question they may have concerning their claims.

My duties as a Corporate Collections Representative was to manage and collect outstanding freight charges for local accounts and major corporation. I was also responsible for making sure the customers pricing was in line with their individual contracts.
