Tony's coffee was a local coffee roastery that sells coffee all over the US in cafes, businesses, grocery stores, Amazon and online.
While working in the Tony's roasting facility I did a variety of tasks and was cross trained in more than one department.
Responsibilities in distribution dept were handling customer orders. Invoicing, packing, creating shipping labels, distributing orders, inventory, stocking, sorting, cleaning bulk coffee bins, cleaning equipment and workstation.
I was also trained to do tasks in the production department and office and had instruction on using the beverage making equipment, weighing, packaging, labeling, sorting, boxing product. Office duties entailed generating order invoices, sorting and handling paperwork and filing. While I was in the office I would greet and assist any walk-in customers and fill their orders for them.
