• Monitored student athletes' academic progress, ensuring they maintained eligibility requirements.
• Collaborated with other coaches to develop effective offensive and defensive strategies.

Creating a positive environment for the young athletes and make sure parents follow the guidelines of the program. Attending scheduling meetings and overseeing day to day activities throughout the program.

“Youth Organizations” Have regular meetings with coaches and staff. Put together games plans to help better communicate with parents/players. Making sure all equipment and uniforms were safe and organized. Ordering uniforms and equipment as well. Being the program representative of the Youth Conference “WJOFC”
