Provided the needs of our clients which are developmentally disabled adults to their daily activities, routine and wellness. That includes their personal hygiene, assisting or aiding our clients in brushing their teeth, shaving and bathing. Promoting independence and dignity.

Prepared our clients before they go to their (daily) programs, we called it school.

Prepared our clients' foods following a strict diet/ nutrition provided by the State's nutritionist.

Administered our clients routine medicines, following the right times and doses. Checked the clients daily vitals, three times a day Including their blood sugar levels.

Cleaned and put the home in a spotless condition everyday. Made sure the the kitchen is cleaned before, during, and after each time of preparing foods. That includes the oven, stove, the countertops, they should be sanitized too. The fridge should be neat inside and outside, food separated accordingly. Dishes, utensils, pots and pans should be washed thoroughly and rinsed in hot water.

While doing all these, constantly monitored the clients and provide what they needed or requested and made sure that our clients received satisfaction by providing compassionate and attentive care.

Before each shift is done, made sure that everything are in proper order including paperworks, and things needed to report for the management to know.

As a CNA, tried my best to assist the patients by promoting their good oral and personal hygiene by aiding them in brushing their teeth, bathing, and shaving.

Checked their vital signs every start of the shift and report to my nurse if there was not normal.

Assisted patients on their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.

Made sure that every patient received and provided with compassionate and attentive care to their satisfaction.
