This job consists of weighing for gross and tare weight for the purpose of metal recycling. Also, cashier and, on occasion, cook lunch and run errands.

This job consisted of travel across the US. Hand picking merchandise for resale. Choosing from several lines of candle companies, making jewelry, decorating the shop and preparing paperwork for taxes and inventory purposes. Also, we traveled to, and sold at pop up shows around our region. With some of our pieces being featured in Country Living Magazine and Kay Leggett’s, City Farmhouse Style.

My work mainly consisted of small design jobs, choosing colors of paint, fabrics and furniture for clients. Also, at this time I did freelance floral work for weddings, bridal showers and other small gatherings.

During my time at Belk, my work consisted of changing out manicans, signing and decorative displays throughout the store. Planning sale promotions, and creating special displays for boosting sale promotions for high end vendors such as Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Estée Lauder, Lancôme, etc…
