Rena DeLevie is dedicated to reducing suffering for clients across age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, political leaning, and religion. Rena is committed to using her MFT education and life experience in her work as a therapist.
Prior to transitioning to Marriage and Family Therapy, Rena DeLevie worked in the corporate sector as a Leadership and Operations Expert. In this capacity, she tapped into the concepts and skills of DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and NVC (Non Violent Communication) along with compassion, accountability and humor. In addition, Rena is a 22 year practitioner of mindfulness/meditation and 5 years in Al Anon. Rena’s book, Compassionate Leadership, set her reputation as a leading pioneer in Compassionate Leadership and her TEDxTalk “Compassionate Management — using compassion as a business tool | Rena DeLevie,” has been used in businesses around the country as a model to radically change Leadership Culture and how we treat one another.
