I begin my career in the electrical field and moved over to the telecommunications industry with a company called CTIS that performed contract work for Comcast. Efficient with relevant tools such as light meters, OTDRs, red lights, and test sets, and familiar with various types of testing like RFC, BERT, H2H, and throughput. Able to mentally walk through each step of upcoming installations to identify potential problems, material issues, or site access issues. Draws on past experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, to restore services as soon as possible.
