Summary

As a 17 year old high school student who lost her mom, best friend, and mentor at the age of 15 I have learned to be resilient against all odds. I have a loving, but very busy and hard working father who moved his family to California from Mexico when I was only 2 years old. Through it all, I have looked up to my mother and father immensely and they have given me freedom and independency all while loving me unconditionally. I am always looking for more, to be as good of a daughter, sister, student, coworker, and person as my mom would expect of me and I do it all with a smile on my face. I am always ready for my next victory, my next challenge, and my next failure to learn more.
