Side-by-side training to improve shift managers, store managers and employees during CFV visits and also Ecosure.

General administration of the store and managers' departments. Store with 86 employees, large volume of sales. Training, meetings and everything related to a store management.

Guest Service Department - Voice, Customer recovery and analysis on how to improve the customer experience within the restaurant.

Kitchen Department - Truck Orders, Inventory, Waste, Food Safety and employee training in general inside the kitchen.

People Department - Interview, Hiring, Onboarding, schedule, labor control and employee schedule.
