Nayeli Flores Gamino

• A determined first generation student that is very sociable, eager, outgoing, patient, and always ready for new experiences. My adaptability allows me to not only enhance my skills but also benefit the company.
• ▪ A great leader, no matter the setting. Problem-solving skills have always been my specialty. I make sure to satisfy everyone’s accommodations to the best of my ability.
• ▪ An optimistic person overall, which reflects in everything I am assigned to do. I have always been told that I have the energy to attract people in.
• ▪ In these recent years, I have gained lots of helpful skills. I have some experience in retail, graphic designs, photography, and volunteering. I am more than willing to learn new skills in order to grow. I am currently looking for an occupation in Business/Hospitality.

• Yearbook editor- I collaborated with my team in editing and completing our tasks effectively. Captured memorable moment all across campus among staff, students, friends, and family.
• Studying Abroad- I have always been interested in visiting Paris, France right after high school. Experienced a month learning and practicing a new language in Paris, France with my college peers.
• Business Academy- This was an opportunity that was offered in High School and for three years to space out the different Subjects(Accounting, Public Speaking, College/University knowledge). This class motivated me to pursue my business career. We learned and experienced public speaking, group projects, gained knowledge on basic business skills and resources (spread sheets, T-charts, etc.)

I have been volunteering since I was in middle school. This is about 10 years ago. I have experience organizing events. I enjoy collaborating with others effectively and come up with ways to fundraise and invite others to be a part of our community and club. I am proud to say I have been a part my church, community, and school leadership teams. Some events that I was able to be a part of were weekly food distributions with YAC, Halloween Haunted House Event, Retreats, and Movie Nights. YAC had been invited and attended event day conferences. These teams have been a huge part of my journey. Youth Action Council was were I began my community volunteering experience. I love my volunteering experiences and am glad I still do what I can to make an impact on others.
