• Successfully upsold $6.5 million on a $12 million contract, offering the client higher-end and newer designs, making this project the biggest project in the company's history.
• Established a purchase control system that gained thousands of dollars in equipment rentals and outside labor supply, saving $625,000 in 12 months. As a result, I reduced operational costs and improved the company's assets.

• Responsible for collecting all necessary information and document requirements from the stakeholders, including jurisdiction and end users, and putting together an initial scope of work and bid packages for the A/E.
• Facilitating pre-bid meetings with the local architectural and engineering firms to present the bid packages, processes, and requirements.
• Review local architectural and engineering firms' bidder prequalification submittals, putting together shortlists for preselecting.
• Evaluate the design deliverables and follow up on necessary permitting or jurisdictional approvals that may be required.
• Working with the project team to put together the bid packages for each phase of the project, coordinating any pre-bid meetings or town hall meetings that may be required to educate the project's participants on the project objectives, schedule milestones, targets, and quality and safety procedures.
• Coordinate and log all project communications as part of the project team, and review project logs and documentation for compliance with Parsons processes.
• Attend monthly progress meetings with the project's field supervisors and contractor representatives.
• Help the Project Manager assemble the monthly progress reports for the Program Manager.
• Administer the close-out stage documentation, preparing O&M manuals and As-Built drawings.

• 150 new construction clinics and several hospitals' rehabilitation as part of the Iraq Infrastructure Rehabilitation Program (IIRP).
• Rural Water Program – covering 97 locations – working at the PCO office as part of the IIRP program funded by USAID and supervised by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
• Fallujah Wastewater Plant project – working at the PCO office as part of the IIRP program, funded by USAID and under the supervision of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
