•Did electrical work,patching/sanding,plumbing,stucco,replace/fix tile,painting,building inspections,took multiple test required by company on safety and mannerisms

•Did inspections when vendors would do work in the units and located flaws for them to fix,Did the maintenance for turn overs and had to get them approved by supervisors & Managers so units can be rent ready

• Did aot of commercial Tile work (ceramic),electrical,drywall/tapping,plumbing,painting,stucco,building maintenance and inspections
• Quickly responded to internal service calls regarding malfunctioning equipment or needed repairs.

• Installed retro fit windows, painting projects,Dryall/tapping,minor framing,plumbing,upgrade panels & electrical
• Did Alot of Residential Remodeling for high end customers like City Mayors,Law Enforcement, Military,etc

• Did a lot of trenching,some cement work and prep,driving machinery like Bobcats and forklifts
• Did the demolition for buildings,cleaning of job sites,some framing work,drywall/tapping,painting,etc
• Refurbished/remodeled many commercials buildings in Downtown Los Angeles

• Worked under the supervision of an Electrician/Contractor to learn the trade and develop knowledge in Electrical,Painting,Drywall/tapping,Plumbing,Painting,etc
• Supervised all other employees and made sure they had all materials needed to complete their tasks wile learning their trades as well
