• Effectively and accurately make detailed decisions; ensuring all aspects of risk, required approvals, capital availability and adherence to credit agreement have been satisfied prior to processing requested
• Assist other Private Bank teams in daily processing when necessary
• Assist in converting Libor loans into SOFR loans, other projects as needed
• UAT testing as a processor and approver
• Process reports consisting of Basel II Summary, Breakage Fee, End of Day, and Unlinked Exposures
• Train new team members and peers on reports and daily processes.

• Manage an assigned book of business in select market segments; focused on attaining profitable growth, persistency, and earnings.
• Perform case-specific risk assessments for Life and Disability Insurance products.
• Manage complex accounts of small businesses with employees under 250 lives.
• Develop strategic recommendations related to market competition, products, and pricing.
• Prepare insurance case files for audit review ensuring high quality and maintaining compliance guidelines.

● Performs complete credit analysis of student loan applications and makes credit decisions within the assigned lending
authority.
● Calls customers to gather additional information as needed; applies sound judgment in the application of defined credit
policies.
● Familiar with credit review process and loan applications according to industry and business unit standards; completed
compliance training annually focusing on money laundering, fiduciary care of
● Communicate with Financial Aid Advisors from Universities/Colleges regarding certifications and disbursements.
● Great communicator with clients to gather needs in order to verify personal information to expedite loan application
decisions.
● Great team leader and selfless manager of resources; assists leadership with training of seasonal staff during high volumes.
