I graduated from Radford University in Radford, Virginia in 1993. I have 25 years of ICU nursing experience and seven years of outpatient nursing experience. I have always been employed in Level I and Level II Trauma/Teaching facilities. I have been a preceptor to new grads and experienced RN's. I love sharing my knowledge while also continuing to learn from my colleagues. I have been the Lead RN in a Urology Clinic. My strong ICU background has prepared me to care for different patient populations in an inpatient as well as outpatient setting and I feel that I can adapt to any work environment. I provide hands-on experience in clinical settings with resilience and flexibility in dynamic environments. I demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic. I love learning from new challenges. I feel that my many years of experience makes me an excellent candidate for this position.
