Assisting with the implementation of the Response to Intervention and Instruction (RTI) program at Beech High School. Working in a liaison role among the lead educator, classroom teacher, and principal to support the RTI program including: direct instruction to students with reading deficits, using a variety of instructional techniques and approved research-based reading resources, analyze data of universal screener and any applicable diagnostic level assessments, student progress monitoring.

Used teaching knowledge to give detailed instruction to a variety of students. Work with students to develop customized curriculums that promote engagement and participation. Monitor student progress to identify areas of concern and address learning gaps in a safe classroom environment. Communicated directly with parents to discuss behavioral or learning issues and devise solutions with the child’s best interest in mind.

Facilitated sales trainings to provide effective instruction on company products. Researched new leads within the Michigan and Dakotas territory and collaborated with company executives to develop sales strategies with that addressed the service needs of each business. Worked with team members to compile and deliver well-prepared performance updates and quarterly business reviews. Consistently delivered exceptional account service to build upon customer loyalty.
