  • Managed the VACO provided capability grant ($1.5 million) budget for 2 years aimed to increase LEAN transformational activities in the network
  • Coordinated VISN-level yellow, green, and black belt training and certification processes
  • Facilitated a VISN level value stream analysis related to Post Transplant Care on behalf of VISN 12
  • Facilitated a VISN 12 Hepatitis C Innovation Team, who received grant funding from the VACO Office of Public Health to redesign processes
  • Facilitated a VISN wide Rapid Process Improvement Workshop (RPIW) event focusing on Human Resources Critical Staffing
  • Lead on VISN 12 Leaders Developing Leaders (LDL) Project: Relationship Transformation
  • Created VISN 12 wide Innovation grant program
