• I began running food to "boxes" of people at an outdoor polo venue catered by Ruths Chris Steakhouse at 13.
• I later moved to food expo where i had to quickly prepare orders (after being cooked) send them to tables.
• In 2024 the restaurant switched to The Lymbar, where i was brought back as a server. Regular service duties like guest service and relaying orders to the kitchen, while remaining organized under high stress.
