.Perform task in accordance established safety procedures and OSHA standards.

.Miscellaneous Cleaning floors & Stairwells, Shampooing carpets, cleaning hard to reach light fixtures.

.Perfoming preventive routine and emergency maintenance task.

.Pickup and disposal of trash and debris.
