- Maintained clean and safe environment including kitchen, bathrooms, parking lot and dumpsters
- Also maintained the interior appearance of the dining area by wiping down tables, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Stepped into additional roles such as mincing garlic and onions, and peeling plantains
