Responsible for complying with policies and procedures set forth by St. Louis Community College, NJCAA, NJCAA Region 16, and MCCAC.

Head Men's Soccer Coach: Responsibilities included selecting and supervising coaching staff; planning and implementing practice sessions; recruiting student athletes; purchasing equipment and supplies; coordinating practices, games, cutting the grass, and fundraising.

Provided instructional and administrative support to the Head Men’s Soccer Coach.

1. Coaching -Utilize sport strategies/methods during games/practices to optimize season long success of the team.

2. Game and Practice Management -With approval from the Head Coach, conduct and supervise all games/practices/events in the assigned sport according to the rules and regulations prescribed by the NJCAA.

3. Recruiting -With approval from the Head Coach, identify and secure high level student-athletes for sport participation and award appropriate scholarship amounts while abiding by all rules and regulations prescribed by the NJCAA, Region XVI, MCCAC and Jefferson College.

4. Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and the Director of Athletics.
