Accomplishments

  • LPA / Visual management - My contribution to AMS goals on continuous improvement was to help implement a layered process audit (LPA). Which helped the management and production teams with: production value versus labor value (PVLV), Decreased cycle times, 5's, startup and wind-down, preventative maintenance, and downtime log etc.
  • Key production indicators (KPI's) - With our LPA / Visual management in place helped us exceed in: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. This allowed the company to achieve yearly set goals in each category.
  • ISO 9000 Certification- I was a part of the team project to obtain AMS ISO certification in the of 2019.
