Do all the paint detail that’s needs to get done in order to deliver the plane to the costumer that’s include sanding , buffing , and repair on the plane, or panel that needs respray or blends to get the best quality on the plane as possible

• Second lead basically on the team
• I use the chop gun to get the material wet with resin or chop depending what we need to get the part done
• I'm in charge of the quality and the time of the part
• The gunrunner is in charge of shooting laminate material evenly and thoroughly on the formed mold
• I have to make sure to put great care in this process to make sure laminate thickness is even on every portion of the mold and make sure the part looks evenly at the end of the process
• I'm in charge of the maintenance and care of the equipment

• My main job was infusion ( is a fabrication technique that uses vacuum pressure to drive resin into a laminate) in hardtops and hulls and decks
• I did lamination, using a chop gun to build brand new molds for other companies
• I did finishing in different parts like hard tops, and hatch doors for the boat
• I had prep then , sand then and respray then if they need it to make sure the product was on good quality before buffing it and be done with the part
• I also learn how to gel coat
• I had spray hard tops, molds and different small parts making sure to put the right amount of paint with no drips or heavy spots and having the best quality as posible
