  • As the Soils lab Coordinator I was responsible for generating test reports, lab data entry in both our testing software and ODOT's Sitemanager. I also coordinated with management to set the testing schedules and priority for the week and on a day to day basis.
  • Responsible for testing and signing out reports for Soil Stabilization and Geotechnical testing.
  • Mentored and trained junior team members during the AMRL Resource Audits.
  • Conducted root cause analysis of defects, preventing recurrence of previously identified issues during and after Resource audits
  • Optimized testing workflows by trying new more efficient tools for existing test methods and maintenance.
  • Worked mostly alongside geotechnical engineers in the past but also have a few years experience in asphalt and aggregate testing.
