Although my title was Expeditor, During my time at Madre!, I took full ownership of expo operations while consistently stepping into multiple roles as needed including but not limited to assistant manager duties

customer service, shift leadership, and front-of-house support. Though I was there for only a few months, I was directly trained by both the owner and manager, which allowed me to gain deep, well-rounded experience in a short time. In addition to coordinating food flow between the kitchen and servers, I frequently handled customer concerns, helped manage busy shifts, trained new team members, and was entrusted with supply deliveries across the owner’s other restaurant locations, a testament to the trust and responsibility I was given early on.
