Duties include, installation of ductwork and associated equipment in residential apartment buildings, including fan coils , heat pumps and exhaust fans. Assisting the Foreman with layout of ductwork and equipment for residential units. Receive deliveries o the job site as well as operating equipment such as forklifts and Gradall. In addition I also help direct manpower and communicate with other trades onsite.

• Field Foreman for a smaller shop responsible for Mid size new construction to smaller TI work
• Duties included layout of equipment and duct systems, detailing and ordering shop fittings, managing manpower/hours on the job, coordination with general contractor and other trades
• In this position I also helped with jobsite surveying, estimating job hours, writing RFI's and other correspondence and creating installation details
• Voted Employee of the Year 2020

• Started my career here as a pre apprentice and worked my way up to Foreman over the close to 10 years I was employed
• Varied experience throughout my time here as an apprentice, journeyman and foreman including OSHPD, Federal/Government work, lab work, TI and new construction
• I have been apart of dozens of crane picks and have experience with multiple helicopter picks as well
• I received Trimble training and did layout for many jobs with the technology
• A majority of my time as a Forman here was on large OSHPD hospital projects such as UCSF Children's Hospital and San Francisco Chinese Hospital
