11 YearsReconnected with the owner of a framing company (which turned into a full service construction company) where I worked for as a young man and began doing take offs, estimating, sales, and project management. I became a partner within one year nd took over all operations for the construction company, as well as the framing company with 160 employees at our peak.

8 YearsStarted ground up business doing shop work building custom windows and doors, indoor and outdoor furniture, etc. Then began installing. Renovated a hotel for Ski Windham on time with an extremely tight deadline which led to building homes on the ski slope as well as constructing a lodge for their tubing park.
