Glen Hatch a supervisor at Layton construction asked me to come and run a crew of temp workers performing finish work inside and outside of the buildings at the new Utah state prison.

At Jwright I was responsible for running our largest excavator a 374D cat loading haul trucks, I quickly became the fastest and most efficient at loading haul trucks on mass excavations using GPS and without. I also ran large and small dozers with GPS and without, I also ran graders, haul trucks, rollers, skid steers and water trucks
