  • Provided engineering support and directed repairs to almost all major aux equipment.
  • Maintained state operating permits for main and aux boilers as well as all plant pressure vessels.
  • Site weld representative for the Indiana C3 welding permit.

  • Responsible for collecting vibration data for all critical rotating plant equipment.
  • Performed infrared scans of plant equipment to identify equipment failures before they occurred.
  • Directed the replacement of several coal handling belts and gearboxes.
  • Developed large capitol and O&M projects from initiation to completion. This included: receiving estimates and bidding work, directing the work, and maintaining budget till completion.
  • Involved with various other large projects on equipment that required the assistance of engineering.
