Going into my second year as a senior HVAC/R technician I am motivated to hone my skills and take my troubleshooting/diagnosing to another level. I have a strong desire to learn and strive to be not only an asset to Walmart Facility Services, but also a reputable, knowledgeable technician throughout the entire industry. While putting the customer first, I work hard to deliver results as punctual as possible as my KPI numbers will reflect. I continue to maintain good work ethics and high quality work standards not only for management but also with my team members. I take pride in my work and am very thorough with my work orders as to not have constant call backs. I am always willing to help fellow technicians on our team and rarely if ever say no to overtime and additional work other than required when work loads increase to keep our team on track and the work orders manageable. In the past year I have attended multiple trainings to broaden my knowledge such as courses for muenters, glycol/c02 rack systems and basic controls classes. I plan to attend every trade related course Walmart offers and am very thankful for the opportunities Walmart offers to its technicians. My goals for the upcoming year are to really get my stores time and target numbers exceeding the set threshold and work with my team and store management to build an even stronger professional relationship all the way around and get to a top level senior technician. Although I’m not interested in management positions currently, it is my ultimate goal down the road and in order for me to be prepared for one of those roles I am continuing to become the best field technician I possibly can be. I am very motivated, focused and a hard working individual and there is no doubt I will continue to be an asset to this team.
