  • Service accounts that are assigned to me such as Unilever ice cream, Meadow gold dairy, Pepsico, Timet. My responsibilities are to maintain and service there ammonia refrigeration system. I look for potential failures and bring them to my contacts attention and recommend the best and efficient way to repair.
  • Service repairs may vary from replacing shaft seals, fix leaks, upgrade their system in any way I can from panel upgrades to newer and efficient valves. Perform top end inspections, replace suction plates on VILTER recip’s.Perform allingments, vibration analysys, assisted with load calculations with engineering. I help engineering department with P&ID’S and build valve list’s, relief valve schedules, pipe labeling. Replace compressors, motors, condensers, screw packages, leak detection systems, vessels, any equipment associated with the system.
