Since joining bpx as Optimization Team Lead, I centralized the Eagle Ford optimization team, aligning five existing optimizers to focus on well optimization and production enhancements. I established the Operations Support Center, onboarding six new employees and integrating six offshore team members to provide 24-hour support for the EFBU. During this transition, bpx successfully absorbed over 700 wells from a newly acquired asset, ensuring continuity and efficiency across operations. In addition, I implemented standardized workflows and performance tracking systems that improved response times and enhanced production reliability. • Took over Superior Plunger Lifts largest account in South Texas to manage a large multi well install project, insuring all equipment was correct and delivered on time. Maintained $100,00.00 in monthly sales while growing the service by 30%.

• Optimize the production of 600 wells in the Delaware Basin and recommend improvements. Partner with production operators to develop and implement first response strategies for underperforming wells.
• Led lease reviews, document optimization processes and prioritize surveillance and optimization for 350 ESP wells and 600 rod pump wells. Created and introduced a schedule and process for a team of 12 fluid technicians to prioritize their time and efficiency.
• Delivered a $600,000 per-well cost reduction by running a plunger lift on new horizontal bone spring wells saving the company $9 million within an eight-month period.

• Led the turnaround of an underperforming service operation experiencing excessive operating costs and run times, increased revenue by 25%. Accepted management leadership for a million dollar operating budget, a staff of 20+, all training, scheduling, performance management, sales, service and management reporting.

• Handpicked to serve as an operator at ConocoPhillips NGL facility in Beeville, Texas moving over 30,000 bbl oil per day. Collaborated with I&E and maintenance to maximize throughput, and to ensure the optimization of plant instrumentation and controls for 3 stabilizer trains. Operated 3 oil stabilizer trains, 3 vapor compressor units, 1 generators, 3 fired boilers, 1 condensate unloading and transfer pumps, 3 positive displacement pipeline pumps and 3 LACT units for delivery to third party pipeline pumps.

• Facilitated the first delivery of over 100 new wells and recompletions in the San Juan Basin. Optimized H2S wells in the Barker Dome and achieved 100% HSE compliance while delivering outstanding production results. Documented well maintenance and repair, and oversaw roustabouts and swabbing operations on a 100 well route. Created an Optimization technique for PAGL on coalbed methane gas wells that saw a 80% increase in run time and a 30% increase in production leading to its adoption across the company.
