  • The primary objective is to sell, service, repair, and maintain agreements by evaluating and assessing the customer's technical requirements through engineered solutions which will consistently meet or exceed their technical and process necessities.

  • Generate and maintain Annual Service Agreements, including annual inspections, monthly emission testing, certified tuning and source testing for complete boiler room management and service. Assess and recommend maintenance, repairs and upgrades for optimum performance.
  • Work with the customers' water treatment contractors to ensure the proper water chemistry to ensure the integrity of the boiler room equipment.
  • Facilitate third party source testing, per-tuning and on-site support during source testing to ensure emissions compliance.
  • California Boiler is a Sales and Service company servicing customers operating steam and hot water boilers.

  • Establish and set up Sales and Service dealerships for the sales and service of GUSS equipment.

  • Develop training programs for dealer service personnel, including support documents, wiring diagrams, troubleshooting check list along with training videos to assist service technicians in performing field service and repairs.
  • Work with dealership parts managers to establish an inventory of GUSS replacement parts and implement an inventory control process with minimum quantities and reorder process.
  • Sales support for our dealers, provide product demonstrations, attend customer meetings, assist dealer sales personnel to identify strategies to close orders and process order intake.
  • Implemented the process for hosting all the sales and service support information on a dealership portal available to access from the GUSS web site.

  • Specified and sold complex and profitable equipment purchase deals including the metal delivery system for 3 ea. 4,000 ton cold chamber magnesium die cast machine, all auxiliary automation and process equipment for a new cold chamber magnesium die cast plant, and an aluminum breakdown furnace and automatic pouring equipment for a new aluminum die cast plant.
  • Converted an entire Automotive die cast operation to high efficiency electric melting furnaces, delivering to the customer reduced operating cost, improved quality and a better work environment. The customer achieved a positive ROI in less than the original 12-month forecast.
  • Keynote speaker at Northern States Power, American Foundry Society and Dynacast worldwide plant manager workshops.
  • The order intake for YXLON in 2014 was less than $400,000.00 for the North American Foundry & Automotive group. In 2017 sales were just under $7,000,000.00. The years following, we maintained $4,500,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 in annual sales.
  • Successfully launched four Agriculture equipment dealerships, including onboarding and training of sales & service staff for the sales and support of GUSS equipment. Created and developed a replacement parts inventory system and worked with the dealerships parts managers to implement these parts and systems into the dealerships parts warehouse for the service and support of GUSS equipment.
  • Specified and sold the first steam boiler in the world to comply with the latest California Air Board clean air requirements, meeting the sub 2.5 ppm NOx combustion emissions, without any post combustion exhaust treatment. (no SCR)
  • 1200 HP steam boiler: Project Manager for shipping, installation, start-up and commissioning. Source testing achieving sub 2.5 NOx.
