Club Pilates grew into Xponential Fitness in 2019 as we acquired additional brands, eventually 10, going public in 2021. My duties expanded to:

Oversee a team of 6 as we divided the country into territories , as I believed there would better synergy in having a team member represent all 10 brands in in area versus a team member manage a single brand across the entire country

Trained each new team member as to policy and procedure

Continued to represent Xponential in all phases of ICSC

Expanded broker network as new territory opportunities were presented

Continued to conduct Franchise Training

When I left, there were 3,000 plus studios in 14 countries

Left UFC Gym to rejoin the Founder of LA Boxing in his new venture, Club Pilates. This was a 25 studio company in 3 states. My responsibilities were:

Create and hire a real estate team as the company expanded its national footprint.

Train the team on new process and procedures as well as using Buxton softwear to analyze potential new sites

Conduct the Real Estate portion of Franchise Training

Represent Club Pilates at ICSC events and participate in panel discussions concerning the future of retail and the impact of the personal fitness business on future retail tenant growth

Developed processes and procedures for this trend setting personal fitness company. Worked with Buxton for site selection across the United States and developed a specifically recruited broker network, did not use a Master broker format. Grew locations from 9 in November 2005 to 85 when the company was acquired by UFC Gym December 31, 2015. Continued with UFC Gym until 2017.
