Through out my life I've worked in the security industry at some point or another for many years and have always in joyed it. I'm not looking for a security job, I'm looking for a strong company that I can utilize my experience ,training and skills so that I can be an essential part of a team with an emphasis on team safety and security. I believe work place safety and security is much more then the 8 hour day 5 days a week, its a personal commitment from a committed security officer , because if even one team member fills unsafe in their place of employment it lowers moral and productivity that can easily infect the other team members. A well organized and managed security team along with empathy for the team members around you can pick up on both verbal and nonverbal communications can pick up on issues before they become a problem.
