Corrdinated with supervisors to clear, install erosion for pre inspections for projects including clearing lots and land and the installation of sediment basins for manufacturing homes.

Handled all Erosion projects for Leoterra across all surrounding areas in North Carolina.

Here I lead a crew of 5-6 men, with other crews at times to assist builders and G.Cs in most of land development projects, including clearing lots, lot preparation, erosion preparations. As well as converting ponds for the same builders including D.R Horton, Lennar, Starlight homes and many more. As well as landscaping needs including laying sod, planting trees, shrubs and plants.

Here I had my own work truck, trailer, mini excavator and skid steer. I lead a four- six man crew to do all types of erosion including baffles, SF,disapater pads, waddles, grading,scrape lots, straw blowing, temp drives, matting ect. I've dealt with builders to ensure communities were able to pass inspections in order to continue building.

This is when I first entered into the construction industry! I began as a laborer on the shovel, then progressed into operating rollers, skid steers and mini excavators. My progression was so quick that within four months I became a crew lead for a punchlist crew, andy first introduction to a leadership role in construction.
