Mechanical skills a must, if anything goes wrong in the Alaska bush you are literally hundreds of miles from help and must fix just about anything yourself.

Survival skills also a must. Must be proficient with firearms and survival. Alaska law requires firearms & survival gear when flying in bush areas.

Operated all of Alaska Brick equipment including loaders,& cement trucks. Made brick and san orders along with all parts of their operations.

Was a High Scaller on the pipeline for years. This work consisted of roping down mountain cliffs, clearing the mountain sides of loos rock & boulders for the safety of the workers below.

Worked with all other trades, welders, operaters drivers , etc., etc.

Worked Law enforcement from Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage cooperation with Anchorage civilian police..

Worked security on the flight line protecting fighters while additionally assisting in security clearance work on individual airmen.
